TELUS has introduced that it has joined greater than 280 artificial intelligence (AI) stakeholders to take part in a U.S. Division of Commerce initiative to help the event and deployment of reliable and secure AI – the primary Canadian telecom to take action. Established by the Division of Commerce’s Nationwide Institute of Requirements and Expertise (NIST) on February 8, 2024, the U.S. AI Security Institute Consortium (AISIC) brings collectively AI creators and customers, lecturers, authorities and trade researchers, and civil society organisations to satisfy this mission.
